Request Return Material Authorization (RMA)
If an issue cannot be resolved based on hardware/software manuals and information provided by the website, contact a Schneider Electric representative. Please have the following details available:
- Nameplate (type, identification number, serial number, DOM,…)
- Type of Error (e.g., LED flash code, error number, etc.)
- Previous and current circumstances
- Assumptions concerning the cause of the error
Also include this information if returning the product for inspection or repair.
Note: Units being returned for inspection or repair must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
